Welcome to the Warren Early Childhood Center. My name is Chris Gearlds and I'm the Principal of the Early Childhood Center and Daycare. The purpose of the Early Childhood Center is to empower all children and families to achieve success through quality educational experiences.
The instruction that your child will receive at the Early Childhood Center is aligned with the Warren 8-step process and the Indiana Academic Common Core Standards. The scholars at the Early Childhood Center will engage in hands-on activities, rigorous lessons focused around reading, writing, and math, and integrated technology activities into the classroom. We ensure that the environment at the Warren Early Childhood Center is safe, warm and nurturing to their educational and social needs. At the center we offer a diverse population of both staff and scholars. Throughout the Warren Early Childhood Center you will see authentic student work that has been created throughout the year.
The staff at the Warren Early Childhood Center is dedicated to your child and making sure they receive the preparation necessary for a successful kindergarten year and educational career. Our staff consistently researches new educational strategies for the early childhood years and takes part in continuous professional development in order to provide you and your family a top notch educational experience.
The Warren Early Childhood Center is involved in a tuition campaign that supports the scholars and programming. Through donations from community members and partners in education, families that may not be able to afford the tuition of the center will receive monetary support to ensure a highly qualified educational start for your child. Please consider supporting this worthy cause in making sure each child in Warren Township has the opportunity to attend pre-school. For more information on learning how you can support a child at the center give us a call today.
The Warren Early Childhood Center is committed to academic excellence and making sure your child is prepared for their elementary education. Please consider the Early Childhood Center and Daycare for your child's pre-school experience. The most important period is not the university studies, but the first studies, the time between birth and 6 years of age.
