“That 90s Show” is a twist on the original “That 70s Show,” and it has just been released on Netflix.
The plot of the show is that “That 70s Show” characters Eric and Donna’s daughter, Leia, leaves her hometown and goes to visit her grandparents, Red and Kitty, for the summer. The storyline follows a new generation of teens in Point Place. The show follows Leia and her friends in many familiar settings, such as the Forman’s basement. The teens engage in similar behaviors, updated for the 90s era.
That ´90s show features returns of three former cast stars such as Debra Jo Rupp as Kitty Forman and Kurtwood Smith as Red Forman. The cast and creators of this sequel are Callie Haverda as Liea Forman, Laura Prepon as Donna Pinciotti, Ashley Aufderheide as Gwen, Mila Kunis, and Wilmer Valderrama. The director and creators are Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner, Lindsey Turner, and Gregg Mettler.
The sequel was released January 19, 2023 and is only streaming on Netflix. Fans are excited to see how this new series will unfold.
