First Week Tuition Payment The first week tuition payment is due no later than two days prior to student start date.

Weekly Payment Tuition payments are due each week on Monday. If payment has not been made by Wednesday a $10.00 fee will be assessed, unless prior arrangements have been made with the ECC Treasurer.

Activity Fee A one-time Activity Fee* of $60.00 is charged per student each school year. The Activity Fee is due by August 15th. *Activity Fee is cash or check only (checks made out to ECC)

Late Pick -up Fee There will be a $20.00 fee if student is not picked up at the scheduled program end time.

Non-payment Failure to pay tuition will result in the withdraw of the child from all ECC programs.

*ECC accepts cash, check, money order, Visa & Mastercard.

 *CCDF and On My Way PreK vouchers are also accepted.
